Scope

These terms govern your use of this website and any conversion services you engage us to perform. The specific deliverables, price and timeline for a project are set out in the written quote you approve.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are fixed-price for the scope described and valid for 30 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only begins with your approval.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate access or backups and for confirming the converted file meets your needs during the review window. You confirm you are authorised to share the data you provide to us.

Reconciliation & acceptance

We reconcile each conversion to your source file and provide a trial-balance proof. Please review the file during the support window and raise any discrepancies so we can resolve them.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
