What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone (if given) and a description of your accounting setup. To perform a conversion you engage us for, you may provide a backup file or read-only access to your accounting system.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out any conversion you engage us to perform. We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Your accounting data

Conversion data is handled confidentially and used only to complete your project. We work from backups or read-only access and never move money or alter your live banking. On request, we delete project files after the engagement and the support window close.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising trackers.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email care@ezconvertbooks.com and we will respond promptly.
