Cleanly: account masters and groups → QuickBooks chart of accounts · parties (debtors/creditors) with balances · open bills and invoices with ageing · bank and cash books · item masters with closing quantities where practical · and transaction history — sales, purchase, receipts, payments and journals — rebuilt in QuickBooks for the years you choose to carry.

With decisions: GST/VAT-coded transactions map to QuickBooks tax codes for your jurisdiction (we handle both Indian GST setups and plain-VAT countries) · multiple godowns flatten to QuickBooks' location handling · material centres and job work need a conversation, not an import.

Not at all: Busy's user logs and audit alterations (archived, not migrated) · payroll detail (summary journals) · custom invoice formats — rebuilt natively in QuickBooks instead.

The split-year problem — our specialty

Many Busy sites run a separate company file per financial year, or split their data mid-stream. That history does not have to stay fragmented: we merge the files into one continuous QuickBooks company — one ledger, unbroken comparatives, one place to search five years of transactions. A recent engagement combined a 2024–25 file and a 2026 file, roughly 23,000 ledger rows with VAT throughout, into a single QuickBooks Online company. If your data is split, say so in your first email; it changes the plan, not the feasibility.
